We accept returns only for items that are damaged or defective when you receive them.

Unboxing Video – Must Have!

To support your request, please record a complete unboxing video as soon as your order arrives. Make sure the video shows:

A clear 360° view of the outer packaging

The product being opened and shown clearly

This video is required for any return or refund request.

How to Request a Return

1. Email us at paarthsaini@elgems.com within 3 days of receiving your order.

2. Include your unboxing video and a brief explanation of the issue.

3. Our team will review it and guide you through the next steps.

Refund Details

Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Once approved, the amount (after deducting a fixed shipping fee) will be credited to your account within 4–5 business days.
